Executive Coaching for you
Own Your Brand. Own Your Future.
Are you finding yourself at a crossroads in your career?
Are you finding it harder to identify or promote your own set of values and presence?
Are you having the impact and influence you desire?
I established LoGho to offer an alternative perspective on leadership and professional development, in a world where relatable coaches are lacking.
LoGho Executive Coaching is informed by my own experiences as a second generation immigrant of Asian heritage who grew up in 1980s Watford, and worked my way up to be an Equity Partner in Big 4 Professional Services, Board advisor and Transformational leader. In my next working chapter, I am excited to support individuals navigating similar paths, share the insights I have acquired throughout my journey to help my clients realise their professional aspirations.
Discover how LoGho Executive Coaching can empower you to navigate complex challenges, inspire others and realise your professional aspirations.
Take control of your future
Some of the challenges you may be facing
The current socio-economic and political landscape has materially changed the workplace. Diversity programmes are being defunded, gender parity in the boardroom is declining and resilience is a thing of the past. Many executives are no longer beneficiaries of these
programmes, but will certainly be impacted by DEI being de-prioritised
Executive coaching can help. You are not alone.
What support do I provide?
Career Transition
Career transitions can be daunting, especially if you have spent years in a specific role or industry. Executive coaching can help you identify your transferable skills, redefine your career goals, and give you the confidence to take that next step
Unlocking the best version of you
In order to conform to all the perceived standards and expectations in the workplace, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to be authentically individual and to stand out from the crowd. Executive coaching provides a space to harness your unique strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop the skills necessary to navigate any challenge.
Cultural Differences
It can sometimes be a minefield understanding working dynamics with someone who is different from you. The de-funding and removal of DEI programmes and networks has limited the opportunity for education and safe spaces for asking questions. International relations are however on the rise, cultural mentoring can help with understanding differences and build connection.
