My Story, Mission, and Values
I believe that leadership is a journey shaped by insight, courage, and support. I founded LoGho to guide senior executives and anyone else who feels they would benefit from having a coach to guide them through career
and professional challenges. My coaching philosophy centres on empowerment, authenticity, and meaningful growth through compassionate partnership and mutual lived experiences.
Who Am I?
I am an award-winning management consultant and ICF accredited Executive Coach, with an extensive career in professional services, having led consultancy and competency practices within Big 4 firms.
As a daughter of Indian immigrants, I feel I can bring you a unique perspective shaped by my upbringing in 1980s England and extensive international experience. I’ve been incredibly lucky to live and work all over the world; US, India, Middle East and across Europe. This has allowed me to gain first-hand insight into diverse business environments and cultural scenarios.
Throughout my career, I have championed representation and equitable opportunities, drawing on my own experiences to support peers and guide early-career professionals. I am deeply passionate about mentorship and coaching, and am committed to helping others navigate challenges and realise their potential, particularly those who face biases or lack relatable role models.
My coaching is grounded in lived experiences of being a c-suite level female of colour. This allows me to offer you wisdom and understanding I have gained along the way.
My career has been based in technology and business transformation from the beginning. Starting out as a performance analyst and coder in the civil service, moving through to leading, designing and implementing technology solutions and cybersecurity transformations as a Partner in Big 4 consulting. Industries have included public sector, energy and utilities and industrials.
